Accomplishments:

- Green roof on Maple Leaf Storage facility
- Registered with the Sustainable Purchasing Network
- All water fixtures were replaced with "low flow" models, reducing water consumption
- All fixtures are touchless, operated by a low-voltage electrical current which eliminates the need for batteries
- Demolition was selective to minimize the need for new materials. All demolition waste, such as drywall, was sorted for maximum recycling and landfill diversion
